Information we request

The form requests a name, one email address or phone number and the property location. You may optionally provide the property type, number of properties and a message. Do not include identity documents, bank details or guest information.

Why we use it

We use these details to assess your enquiry, contact you and discuss a possible partnership. For a management proposal, processing concerns the pre-contractual steps you request. For other enquiries, it concerns our legitimate interest in responding to your request. The form does not subscribe you to a marketing list.

Storage and access

Submitted details are emailed to apartentia, with access for its authorised administrators. This version does not create a separate contacts database from the form. We use Cloudflare for hosting, form protection and sending the message, and Google Gmail to access incoming email.

Retention and your rights

Details are retained to assess and follow up the enquiry and, if a partnership begins, in line with the relevant obligations. You can request information, access, correction or deletion, and contact the relevant supervisory authority.

Cookies and technical information

The website does not use advertising trackers or analytics tools. The form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to protect against automated submissions. Technical browser and connection information may be transmitted for this check.
